7 Pin Male & Female Panel Chassis Kit

This is a direct replacement for our Super160 and Super160P machines and can also be used to add foot pedals to our other machines like the 200amp Tig200ACDC or CT416 that do not come stock with foot pedals. 2pins for the switch and 3pins for the foot pedal with another 2pins to spare.

These connectors easily handle heavy current. They are used on many of the Riland brand machine connections. They are continuous thread twist secure lock. These are made of chrome plated brass.

The Chassis mounted male side is 7pin, all tinned copper posts and is 9/16" Diameter for mounting, comes with mounting hardware.
The cable mounted female side is also 7pin, all tinned copper sleeves and will only mount the Chassis connector one way - via tongue and groove.

Rated: 3amps at 110vac or 12vdc at 20amps (800v max per pin)
Dimensions: Complete <2" Long. Chassis is 7/8" Long, Cable is 1-3/8" Long.
Wire: will accept 0.079" or 2mm Diameter stranded or solid wire= close to 14AWG Gauge.
